Barry H. Schwab, is CEO and Founder of TVI, Inc. and co-inventor of the TVI patent portfolio. Barry served in various capacities at EDS Corporation, including responsibility for Worldwide Y2K Readiness auditing for a large Automotive manufacturer, and managing Enterprise-wide software implementations. Previously, he was President of SABRE Corporation, a technology consulting company that has contracted for services to Sony, MCA, PolyGram and other electronics industry and entertainment companies. Before that, Barry was VP-Technology for Technicolor, Inc., and held senior engineering management posts with CBS/Fox Video, 20th Century-Fox Video, and Bell & Howell Video (now part of Deluxe/Rank). Barry holds a BS degree from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), a MS degree from Brown University, and has done post-graduate work at the University of Illinois. Barry has been a regular columnist for Replication News, and has been a frequent panelist and speaker at video industry conferences. He is named inventor on some 45 US patents, plus numerous foreign patents. The coverage of these patents ranges from a video cassette anti-piracy system, to several systems for secure networking, transactions, and identification, to a number of inventions in the field of consumer products.

Thomas A. Layman is the President, CEO and Founder of Global Vision Group, an electronic payments consulting firm. Tom has over 30 years of international and domestic experience in the financial services and electronic payments industry. Prior to creating Global Vision Group, Tom was Senior Vice President with Visa U.S.A., Tom was Senior Vice President with Visa U.S.A., holding a number of executive positions during his 11-year career there. Tom managed the Visa Profitability Consulting practice, as well as all of the business research functions, which included performing cost reduction and benchmarking studies. Tom also served as Chief Economist and spokesperson for Visa U.S.A. As global relationship manager, he helped US-based issuers launch programs overseas. Tom also headed up all of Visa's efforts to mitigate the impact of personal bankruptcies on creditors, and co-chaired a creditor coalition that helped write, introduce, and lobby US bankruptcy legislation. Prior to Visa, Tomās experience was focused primarily on research and assessing the business environment risk of emerging markets. Tom holds a B.A., magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University and a Ph.D. in international economics, trade and finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tom has over 20 published articles on credit card and economic policy issues and is co-author of a book on the role of foreign direct investment in Indonesia.

Kevin Atwood is a Senior Consultant and head of business development with GVGroup. He brings over 20 years of experience domestically and internationally in the financial services and electronic payments industry. Kevinās career includes attaining the position of Senior Vice President at Visa, responsible for sales and partnerships with multiple top 10 issuing and acquiring banks that generated more than $40 billion in annual card sales volume. During his tenure there, Kevin was instrumental in delivering numerous new products and services to Visaās banking clients. Examples include supporting the creation, development and initial launch of several fraud reduction programs, including the Issuersā Clearing House Service and Anti-Counterfeit Terminal Program, which since their introduction in the late 1980s have continued to save issuers millions of dollars. In 2002, Kevin joined Wells Fargo Bank as Vice President and National Relationship Manager for the Merchant Processing Business. Kevin also served as a mortgage lending officer at Washington Mutual Bank, where he brought card marketing innovation concepts to the Home Loan Mortgage Banking Division. Given this deep domain experience in financial service with some of the largest card issuing, merchant acquiring and mortgage lending institutions, Kevinās expertise covers a broad range of areas, including risk management, marketing, benchmarking studies, best practices identification and assessment, debit, credit and ACH products, customer life cycle management, relationship management, product innovation, merchant processing in both the physical and online environment, co-branding, commercial card products, operations, risk management and collections. Kevin holds a B.A. degree from San Jose State University.
